Da Ariens (pronounced: A-reee-N's)
The other morning I found Kyle in the crib with Cameron. He was telling Cameron a story while looking through his baby Einstein crinkle book. Here is what I heard:
…den da arilens (see cows) tame and tride to get baby Cameron, and da bad guy (tractor)
wif da lite saber come and I shoot him, and he go to da space ship (aka a barn)
and da udder bad guy eat him (see piglet) and dats all…
That is some real brotherly love right there! Cameron has a look of confusion on his face after that story. I guess that is because that is not how mom has been telling it.

It's Almost Here!
I am turning 40!
So one of the ways I can prepare for this little festive event to be better is to help all of you out by telling you what I would like on my special day:
2. Ribs served at said party. Not just ANY ribs, but Tracy's yummy ribs. Something about the way she cooks them that I love!
3. Gifts, no really, I want gifts. For those of you that are just stumped about what to get me I have made it a bit easier, here is a list: (not in any particular order)
* Tires- The mudders on my truck are almost bald and I can't afford new ones and nothing gives me pee shivers and a smile of joy like nice tires and wheels!* Mommy Makeover- This includes the Tummy Tuck and Liposuction. Don't skimp and get me a gym membership here, I am way to busy with the little ones to go and it would be a shame to waste your money like that.
* Boobs- Seriously, this should not be a shock to anyone that knows me, I have wanted some since I was 10. I would prefer to pick the surgeon and the size, but in the end if you are paying, then we can negotiate the size. (Go ahead call me shallow- but it is MY birthday!)
* Rod Iron Window Planter Box (qty 2). I want to "chick-out" the shed in the back yard and I think these would be perfect.
* Cannon 24-70 2.8 L series lens. It's just a little thing I have been admiring.
For those of you that may be tight on money, here is a little list I have put together for you,; Gifts under $100 (give or take a few):
* Aveda Rosemary Mint Shampoo and Conditioner, or any of the other many fine items from Aveda.*Tanning Pass. Summer is on the way and I do not feel that I am ready!
* Car wash. This is an easy gift that is sure to make me happy.
* French Pedicure. I hate feet, but I love cute toes.* If you are truly stumped help Tracy with the ribs, I am sure she would appreciate it!
* Dinner at the Melting Pot. I hear it is yummy and I want someone to go with.
* Quickutz Reuse Spring Gift set. I really would like to scrapbook again in the future and I think this set is super cute.Cheep gifts, for the person who thinks I need a gift that comes from the heart (I promise I will love it just as much as that lens!):
* Homemade card.
* Yard work: Including items such as, but not limited to- Trim and edge the yard, weeding flowerbeds, watering the flower pots and/or cleaning out the pond.
I know what you are thinking, that you wish you could do them all for me… it's ok, you don't need to, then I would end up with duplicates (and who needs more than one boob job, honestly?).
Oh and I would like to thank you all in advance for anything that you are able to do to help me make it through my special day.

He’s Average?
Cute little Cameron Bunker had his 6 month appointment earlier this month. My cute chubby kid is, can you believe it… he is AVERAGE. He is not chubby at all. The little guy who I think has a HUGE head and is a lead brick to carry… he's normal. He came is at 26 7/8th in height that is the 50-75th percentile, the ONLY place he is above average. His weight was, get this, 16.12 lbs. the 25-50th percentile… not fat at all! His cranium, that head, it's normal too, 43 ½ cm also in the 25-50th percentile. I need to stop comparing him to Kyle who to this day has not even made it to the 3 % marker on weight. Cameron may just catch up to Kyle in a year or two.
Everything else on the appointment went well, he is reaching all the milestones he should for his age and is doing very well. I thought so, but I am just a proud mom with a very happy little boy, it's nice to hear he is doing well from a professional.
This picture was taken by my little sissy Tracy aka Shameless Photography. I just love how Fez and the truck in the background go so well together.

And there off…
The much anticipated day finally came! The day Brittany gets her braces off (insert roar of the crowd)! After long hard months of braces phase one is completed. Now the wait for the rest of the permanent teeth to come in to start phase two. But until then she has a shiny new watermelon colored retainer that she gets to wear.
**If you see said retainer not in said kids mouth please remind her of the idea of having a phase three like her older sister.

Hope of America
Hope of America Student Showcase is part of the Provo Freedom Festival's programs leading up to 4th of July. This year the program had 72 schools involved all teaching American values, responsible citizenship, physical, mental and moral fitness and talent development through music and stories to 5th graders.
Because it has become such a successful event and is so popular this year for the first time ever, Hope of America was split into two nights to allow more Utah County elementary students to participate. A combined total of 8000 students gathered in Brigham Young University's Marriott Center to share with an audience of 20,000 what they've learned about becoming the "Hope of America."
The chorus sits in the shape of the American flag with students in red, white and blue t-shirts. The students use not only their voices, but choreography, American Sign Language, and flashlights to bring the flag to life. Brittany was a red shirt.
There is Brittany!
My favorite songs of the night included "This is America" because I love the audience participation in the movements and in the wave, and "We Can Be a Light" because it gives me the chills every time I see it. Though all of the songs are great the biggest cheer still came for the 92 year old dancing grandma who did the splits at the end of the song… seriously, the splits!

Happy 1/2 Birthday Cameron!
Again, thanks to my sissy the Rock Star for taking the pictures!
